The state of Colorado helps income-qualified residents
pay for a new eBike. Here’s everything you need to
know, and how we can help you use it.
What you get
The rebate is applied at the point of sale at a participating retailer. It’s limited to one per
person for life and can’t be used on a bike you’ve already bought.
How it works

Register
Sign up on the state’s online portal during an enrollment window.

Get selected
The Colorado Energy Office picks registrants at random and emails the results the evening the window closes.

Upload your proof
If you’re selected, upload proof of your Colorado address and income within one week.

Redeem your rebate
Once you’re approved, use your rebate at a participating retailer within sixty calendar days. Buy the bike after you receive the rebate.
